More than 25 years we create Russian engineering history. Rakurs successfully realized projects in Russia, CIS, India, China, Angola. Our company gained experience in creation of the technological processes control systems, both for rather small objects, and for large industrial complexes. Now Rakurs is one of the leaders of the Russian market of industrial automation. The company is realized full engineering cycle in creation ACS TP and equipment from surveying the object and designing, software development and production till assembling, testing, setting-up, service and training. In presentation for customers Rakurs uses the modern technical solutions which are provided resource conservation, quality of the output product and production safety of the whole object. All Rakurs Group organizations activity is certified Quality Management System conformity with ISO 9001 and Rakurs received the award of the Russian Federation Government n the field of quality.
2011
Rakurs 20th Anniversary.
Sustained development of all companies of the Group: SPC “Rakurs” Ltd., "Rakurs" Ltd., "Rakurs-engineering' Ltd. A new certificate of all Rakurs Group organizations Quality Management System conformity with ISO 9001:2008 Standard has been issued.
A new logotype and corporate style has been designed for the Group of Companies to be firstly represented at Russia Power 2011 Exhibition in Moscow.
Contract on cooperation between SPC "Rakurs" Ltd. and "Ural Turbine Works" CJSC has been signed. The parties have agreed to take joint activities on long-term development and improvement of electric part of regulating and protecting system for steam turbine to equip turbines manufactured by "UTZ' CJSC.
SPC Rakurs is a winner of 100 Best Products of Russia Competition representing its product - software and hardware complex Electrohydraulic regulator of frequency and active power for hydro turbines (PTC EHR).
Production of electronics modules and special measuring tools devices has been started at the territory of SEZ. 9000 devices were produced in 2011 in the total amount of 22 million rubles. Rakurs-engineering Ltd. activity and products were represented to the Chairman of the Russian Federation Government V.V. Putin at the exhibition of SEZ Tomsk residents.
Erection of Rakurs-engineering future scientific and technical centre building has been completed in Neudorf construction site.
Large complex automation projects realization has been continuing at Zagorskaya HPSPP, Zagorskaya HPSPP-2, Boguchanskaya HPP, Novosibirskaya HPP, Gissarakskaya HPP (Uzbekistan), Kambaratinskaya HPP-2 (Kyrgyzstan), Ust-Kamenogorskaya HPP (Kazakhstan), Gusinoozerskaya SDPP (OGK-3), Parnas-4 boiler house (GUP TEK SPb.), Yugo-Zapadnaya TPP, at the objects of Ilim Group in Koryazhma and Ust-Ilimsk, Arkhangelsk PPM and others.
2010
Reorganization into Rakurs Group. For more effective management business directions have been separated into legal entities: SPC Rakurs Ltd. (head organization) – automated control systems designing, Electric Drive Department, Training Centre; Rakurs Ltd. industrial automation devices distribution; Rakurs-engineering Ltd. a resident of Neudorf SEZ in St. Petersburg innovative products designing; Rakurs-Promtech subsidiary representative office in Cherepovets automated control systems designing for enterprises of cement and concrete production.
Cooperation agreement has been signed between SPC Rakurs and NPO Elsib, one of the largest suppliers of power equipment. Within the frames of the agreement the companies intend to cooperate for both companies’ products and services mutual promotion in the market of the Russian Federation, CIS countries and abroad as well as conduct joint activities for products improvement within the frames of research and development.
SPC Rakurs has become a member of professional hydro power engineering specialists association Non-commercial Partnership Hydro Power Engineering of Russia.
SPC Rakurs is a winner of 100 Best Products of Russia Competition representing its product turbo- and hydrogenerator control system STK-ER .
A number of large projects of automated control systems designing has been realizing: automated control system of Gusinoozerskaya SDPP (OGK-3) power unit No.4, automated control system for power unit No.4 and group governor of active and reactive power for Ust-Kamenogorskaya HPP AES Company (Kazakhstan), restoring repair of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP automated control system hydro units No. 4, 5, 6, (Branch of RusHydro OJSC), works on creating of Boguchanskaya HPP automated control system, automated control system of Kambaratinkaya HPP-2 hydro unit No.1 (Kyrgyzstan), automated control system of boiler- and turbounit, STK-ER SSGPO Rudnyy (Kazakhstan), 1st stage of automated operative-dispatch control system modernization in Ust-Ilimsk Branch of Ilim Group OJSC and many others.
2009
SPC "Rakurs" continues to develop partner relations with the foreign companies experts in the field of industrial automation. Contracts on cooperation with companies Metso (Finland) and VibroSystM (Canada) are signed. Within the limits of the contract SPC "Rakurs" and "Metso Automation" intend to effect joint activity in the field of automation systems supply for the industrial enterprises of Russia. At the first stage of cooperation the agreement extends on power and pulp and paper industries. According to the partner agreement with "Vibrosistem" SPC "Rakurs" received the status of the agent and the distributor of the vibration monitoring and rotating machines diagnostics equipment in Russia and the CIS countries.
Links with administration and business community of St.-Petersburg are strengthened: since 2009 SPC "Rakurs" is a member of Commercial and industrial chamber of St.-Petersburg. SPC "Rakurs" and its affiliated company "Rakurs-engineering" are entered in the innovative organizations Register under the decision of economic development, the industrial policy and trade committee of the Government of St.-Petersburg.
"Rakurs-engineering" is recognized the winner of open competition of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere, directed on realizations of the anti-recessionary program of the Government of the Russian Federation. "Rakurs-engineering" took part in a competition «R&D implementation by residents of special economic zone of techno-innovative type on the basis of the intellectual property belonging to the applicant». Following the estimation results of the competitive commission the project Development of hardware and software complex of system of primary and secondary regulation of current frequency for hydropower plants was included into number of winners.
Quality management system of the company is certificated according to the new version of standard ISO 9001 - 2008.
SPC "Rakurs" receives the award Made in Saint-Petersburg for high quality of turbo- and hydrogenerator control system "STK-ER".
Training centre of SPC "Rakurs" celebrated fifteenth anniversary. Collaboration of SPC "Rakurs" and the St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University began in far 1994. For 15 years of it s existence more than 900 students of the University and about 700 experts of SPC "Rakurs" Customers have passed training, clients of the Educational centre became more than 200 companies of Russia and the near abroad.
Realization of big projects continues: Zagorskaya hydroelectric pumped storage power plant-1, Volkhovskaya HPP, head HPP of Zaramagskiye HPPs, Sangtudinskaya HPP (Tajikistan), Vyborgskaya thermal power plant -17, Vasileostrovskaya thermal power plant-7, thermal power station SSGPO of city Rudny (Kazakhstan), and also other stations of hydro-, heat- and atomic energetics.
2008
Recognition of SPC "Rakurs" as the resident of a special economic zone (SEZ) of techno-innovative type in St.-Petersburg became significant event in company activity. SPC "Rakurs" plans to realize the investment project: "Developing of pilot production of hardware and software complexes for power branch objects of Russia".
SPC "Rakurs" has successfully passed recertification audit and has confirmed the quality management system compliance to standard ISO 9001:2008.
SPC "Rakurs" has finished building of the new warehouse which became necessary addition to the basic warehouse of the company. The new areas helped to solve a problem of warehouse congestion arising in the wake of constantly growing volumes of production.
SPC "Rakurs" received status of world engineering partner of FORTUM in sphere of power objects industrial automation.
Service centre of SPC "Rakurs" is transformed to Drive Department which now gives not only services of drive technics, but also develops projects on creation of the complete low-voltage and high-voltage electric drives, and also control systems of "turn-key" multimotor drive. The following agreements were entered into with companies: Siemens and Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. in sphere of joint actions for offering high-voltage inverters.
SPC "Rakurs" was recognized as the official service partner of the company of "Danfoss" and was authorized for guarantee and postguarantee maintenance of inverters and softstarters "DANFOSS".
SPC "Rakurs" has confirmed the status of authorized repair centre of Control Techniques in Russia. The new certificate on repair and service of drive equipment Control Techniques till 2010 was obtained.
SPC "Rakurs" and company "Siemens" have signed the contract on joint advancement in the market of products and systems of department "Automation technics and drives". Considering increasing interest to dispatch systems, SPC "Rakurs" and company Siemens have also concluded the cooperation agreement in the field of joint realization of IT decisions for power branch.
The partner of SPC "Rakurs" - the company "Vologda automation centre" has changed the name to "Rakurs Industrial technologies" (Rakurs-PromTech) and became the first company of SPC "Rakurs" Holding.
The product line of automation components was expanded the distribution agreement with company SICK was signed.
SPC "Rakurs" was again recognized as the best distributor of OMRON.
2007
SPC "Rakurs" has completed the works on the project of complex automation of Belgorod thermal power plant. Gas-turbine power station in Belgorod thermal power plant was commissioned.
Our company has strengthened its positions in the market of control systems for power objects in hydropower industry segment: SPC "Rakurs" is the supplier of complex control systems for hydropower plants Sajano-Shushenskaya and Mainskaya HPPs (6721 megawatt), Zagorskaya hydroelectric pumped storage power plant (1200 megawatt), Sangtudinskaya HPP-1 (670 megawatt), HPP Kashhatau (65 megawatt), Zaramagskaya HPP (34 megawatt).
Service centre of SPC "Rakurs" has concluded the contract on servicing of "Siemens" drive equipment .
The study-scientific laboratory of Educational centre SPC "Rakurs" in the St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University is modernized: 80 % of the equipment were updated, 8 educational stands were equipped by modern controllers, terminals and drives Omron.
15th anniversary of cooperation of SPC "Rakurs" and Omron Electronics was celebrated. SPC "Rakurs" was recognized as the best distributor OMRON in Europe.
It was licensed to apply the hardware and software complex "APOGEY" on dangerous industrial objects.
2006
15th anniversary of the company.
SPC "Rakurs" - the first company in the line of industrial automation which received the Award of the Russian Federation Government in the field of quality.
The certificate of competence centre of OMRON Electronics in Russia in Power branch was received.
The service centre introduced a new service - creation of complete electric drive. Service centre for Schneider Electric equipment opened.
The automation of technological processes in pulp and paper industry department was created.
Licenses for designing and producing the equipment for nuclear stations are obtained.
2005
SPC "Rakurs" started works on a scale modernization of the automated control systems of Sajano-Shushenskaya and Mainskaya HPPs.
There was concluded a cooperation agreement with Department of production, energy transmission and distribution (PGTD/L) "Siemens" in the line of sale of control systems projects and the electrotechnical equipment in the field of power.
The agreement on partnership as system integrator Wonderware was concluded.
The contract on strategic partnership with the system integrator "Schneider Elektrik" was concluded.
Hardware and software complex "Apogey" is registered in the State register of trade marks and service marks of the Russian Federation.
2004
Experts of SPC "Rakurs" were the first in Russia who have implemented MES-system on the basis of software product Wonderware. It was developed for bleached sulfate producing in "Kotlas pulp-and-paper plant".
10th anniversary of the Education centre of the company.
The company has successfully passed the necessary inspections and tests in the course of which the compliance with the requirements of voluntary system of certification "EnSERTIKO" was confirmed.
The license of Federal Security Service Administration of St.-Petersburg and Leningradskaya region on works with use of the state secret data was received.
2003
The agreement with company Yaskawa Engeneering Europe is signed. Repair-diagnostic centre of SPC "Rakurs" has expanded a spectrum of services in diagnostics and repair for the equipment of company Yaskawa.
There was received a certificate on the approval of the technological control of turbogenerator and hydrogenerator parametres system STK-ER.
There was received the license of the Russian Federation State Committee for Construction, Architectural and Housing Policy for exercising of the functions of the general contractor.
The system of information supply and registration of emergency processes was designed and implemented. It was developed on the basis of a hardware and software complex "OM-mega" (now renamed in "Apogee") on the Kolskaya atomic power station.
2002
In September, 2002 in SPC "Rakurs" there was hold the certified audit in the course of which the compliance of Quality management system of the company with requirements of standard ISO 9001:2000 was confirmed. In November there was grand presentation with the certificates ASCERT Bureau, AFAQ-ASCERT Int. and IQNet.
There was created the first certificated Repair centre of OMRON equipment in Russia which gives services in repair of all number of inverters OMRON.
There was performed a large-scale project on modernization of control system of multifuel (gas, black oil, coal) boiler unit for the thermal power station "Kotlassky pulp-and-paper plant".
Following the results of a year there were performed more than thirty large-scale projects in various industries.
2001
10th anniversary of the company.
Company Rakurs was accepted as the best distributor of OMRON in Russia.
There was performed the first project for municipal infrastructure the control system for Alaksandra Nevskogo opening bridge in St.-Petersburg.
There was carried out the most large-scale project within 10 years. It was modernization of control system for Severstal . The control system includes 35 control cabinets.
2000
The company moved to new own building of more than 2100 sq. m. in which all departments and divisions were located.
There was successfully performed the first project on developing of control system of turbine unit of 30 megawatt for "Syktyvkarsky forestry enterprise".
1999
In 1999 SPC "Rakurs" was recognized as the best distributor of OMRON in the Eastern Europe.
Long-term business cooperation with "Arkhangelsky pulp-and-paper plant" began.
The marketing and advertising department is created.
1998
Long-term business cooperation with project institute SEVZAPVNIPIENERGOPROM and company "Polyform" began. By joint efforts we introduced a control system Petrozavodskaya thermal power station.
1997
There was developed and implemented the system company "Svetogorsk". Together with company "Electrosila" there was developed hardware and software complex for the technological control of parametres of a turbo and hydrogenerators "STK-ER". Now this complex is one of products which is serially put on sale.
1996
5th anniversary of the company.
The positions of company were strengthen.
During 1996-1997 there was a stage of organizational-structural changes. The company turned to functional management structure, the company's personnel grew, the department of sales was created. Work on keeping the documentation, statistics, the warehouse organization is systematized.
There was successfully realized the project on automation for thermal power station of the company "Svetogorsk".
There was performed the reconstruction of automatics for metallurgical plant "Petrostal", St.-Petrburg.
1995
Long-term business cooperation with company "Krasnoyarskaya HPP" began. Together with experts of company "Lengidroproekt" there was developed the system of temperature control for one of hydrounits of HPP. There was performed the first project for pulp and paper industry. Together with institute "GIPROBUM SPb" there was implemented the system of protection and blocking of boiler unit for company "Svetogorsk".
Works on producing and supply of control system for boiler unit for GUP TEK SPb were carried on.
The new direction of activity of the company began with these projects. It is directed on creation of monitoring and control systems of boiler units.
1994
The company replenishes with skilled experts in the field of automation.
Own assembly production was created.
There was created the Educational centre in St.-Petersburg on the basis of the St.-Petersburg electrotechnical university. The educational centre was training the experts connected with developing and operating of automation systems and was also training the means of industrial automatics OMRON.
1993 Technical personnel of the company grows.
Together with company "Lengidroproekt" there was successfully performed the project of the control and alarm system of hydrounit for Novosibirskaya HPP. There was performed the first large-scale project on the basis OMRON controllers - the control system "Kirovsky factory".
The control system for "NII Sevkabel" factory was put in trial operation.
1992
SPC "Rakurs" became the official representative of company OMRON in the Northwest of Russia.
1991
The history beginning: research-and-production company "Rakurs" (SPC Rakurs ) was established on July, 11th by group of employees of automation service and electronic equipment operation department of the "Kirovsky factory". The company was headed by Leonid Chernigov who had been earlier heading the construction office of control systems in the equipment department of the "Kirovsky factory".
In basis of SPC "Rakurs" strategy there was put an idea of using the Russian engineering in combination with highly reliable and functional element base of world productions that guarantees to the customer reception of all advantages which are given by qualitative automation.
