Creation of quality management system (QMS) according to requirements of international standard ISO9001 became one of the steps in realization of this aspiration. The primary goals facing QMS are constant increase of customers’ satisfaction by production and services of our company and permanent perfection of activity of the enterprise, increasing its efficiency.
After working out and inculcation of QMS the decision to receive an estimation of the done work from independent certification Body which has international recognition.
Certification of QMS was held in 2002 in the certification body ACERT Bureau.

Certification Bodies inspect permanently over quality management system functioning of SPC "Rakurs". Conformity of QMS to qualifying standards is checked annually during the inspection audits which conduction is an indispensable condition of period of validity prolongation of the given certificates.
