During his business trip to Krasnodar, President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev visited Krasnodarskaya Heat and Power Plant on 8th October.
Accompanied by President of OAO LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Krasnodar Territory Governor Alexander Tkachev, the President of Russia inspected a new 410 MW combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT-410).
The CCGT-410 construction has been completed. The turbine is being prepared for start-up. The installed turbine of the Ural Turbine Plant has been equipped with electric part of regulating and protecting system manufactured by SPC “Rakurs”.
The object for automation has been a cogeneration steam turbine Т-113/145-12,4 manufactured by Ural Turbine Plant for combined-cycle gas turbine being a turbine with three stages: of low, middle and high pressure.
Electric part of regulating and protecting system has been designed for steam turbine regulating and protecting signals forming in accordance with preset algorithms in all range of operational modes, in emergency situations while operation, as well as for turbo generator power capacity control, steam pressure control in production and heating turbine’s cabinets, delivery water temperature control.
Control systems such as electric part of regulating and protecting system require high operational reliability, a system to be duplicated as well as quick response on emergency situations. Such systems provide shockless switch to a reserve control scheme in case of failure of the main one without any changes in turbine’s operation.
Electric part of regulating and protecting system is based on Omron components providing a high reliability and regularity of system operation. As a processing device duplicate controller CJ2H is used. Electric servo drives Sigma-II are used for hydraulic servo drives control. Tachometer CCD FMD-RS422 designed by SPC “Rakurs” is used for measuring of rotating frequency and forming of protecting signal of rotating frequency exceeding.
In electric part of regulating and protecting system it’s used three level control system with separation for two controllers: controller of lower level drives (regulating, CJ2H) and upper level controller (controlling, CJ2H).
For measuring of steam pressure in turbine stages, check valves, steam inputs and others Danfoss pressure sensors are used. Designed for using in all industrial sectors pressure transducers MBS-3000 and MBS-33 provide reliable pressure measurement even in severe environment conditions.
