SPC Rakurs has manufactured and shipped transformer facilities monitoring, control and diagnostics system (ASMUT) for Yugo-Zapadnaya TPP OJSC. It has been designed as integrated functionally completed system with transformer facilities including technical, algorithmic, informational provisions and software. ASMUT has passed measuring channels calibration procedure before being shipped.
The main functions of the system include the following:
· Noninterruptible measuring, registration and display of transformers main parameters in normal, pre-emergency and emergency modes;
· Forecast of transformers technical condition using mathematical models;
· Control of transformer cooling system;
· Control of ТДЦ 125000/110 and ТДЦН 125000/110 transformers cooling system;
· ТДЦН 125000/110 transformer voltage regulation control.
Hierarchic structure of ASMUT:
Level I (lower level) – data collection level;
Level II (middle level) – preprocessing of lower level sensors data and commands forming for cooling control system; informational exchange with upper level;
(included operator’s automated work place).
All ASMUT software and hardware complexes have been integrated in the united informational system and synchronized by time protocol NTP, automated control system of Yugo-Zapadnaya TPP OJSC being time master.
Transformers monitoring and diagnostics software has been created basing on technological algorithms designed by Rakurs-engineering according to the effective normative documents. Monitoring and diagnostics algorithms allow permanent examination of transformers maintenance conditions and timely detecting and preventing of defects progressing.
The system provides collection and processing of technological process and executive devices information with polling intervals pursuant to FSK OJSC standard СТО 56947007-29.200.10.011-2008.
ASMUT is manufactured pursuant to 4252-008-27462912-09 Specification and supplied with conformance certificate of GOST R certification system.
