Rakurs Group employees have taken part in the first part of testing program of Boguchanskaya HPP hydro unit No.2 systems and equipment to be unit set up to idle mode.
Rakurs Group being a designer and supplier of software and hardware complexes (PTC) of Boguchanskaya HPP automated control systems since February 2012 have been performing works on contract supervision and adjustment of delivered to the plant equipment as well as works on integration of local (adjacent) systems into united automated control system of Boguchanskaya HPP.
Rakurs Group specialists together with the Customer’s adjustment organizations are currently performing works on the equipment adjustment and testing at Boguchanskaya HPP:
· PTC of automated control system of upper level (data base servers, diagnostics servers, plant and signaling PTC, operators’ work places);
· PTC of remote control, data collection and signaling КРУЭ 220/500 кВ;
· PTC of control systems of 6,3 kV and 0,4 kV auxiliaries;
· PTC of hydro units No. 1-3 automated control systems;
· PTC of transformers diagnostics systems.
In the nearest time the contract supervision and adjustment of the following equipment is planned:
· Training stand of PTC of automated control system;
· PTC equipment of hydro units No. 4-6 automated control systems.
Rakurs Group specialists have been taking part in the equipment complex testing at Boguchanskaya HPP power output objects conducted from September 27 to October 25, 2012.
Reference:
Boguchanskaya HPP project (with power 3000 MW and annual output 17,6 billion kW) realization will allow reliable power supply of Siberian energy system consumers and will become a serious stimulus for development of all area near low Angara. Investments to Boguchanskaya HPP during the whole period of the project realization (since 1980) have been 67,9 billion rubles, in 2011 – 11,2 bilion rubles.
The project of automated control system for technological processes for Boguchanskaya HPP has been designed by Rakurs Group – one of the leaders in the sphere of technological processes automation for hydropower engineering objects. Rakurs delivered the equipment for the first six units in 2011 as well as equipment for automated control system upper and plant level.
