Three monitoring and control systems (STK-ER) for NPO "ELSIB" projects have been shipped

Specialists of SPC Rakurs Ltd. have shipped three turbo-generators monitoring and control systems (STK-ER) under the contract with NPO "ELSIB" OJSC. The systems have been designed for power units No. 1 and 2 of Tom-Usinskaya SDPP and for turbo-generator of Abakanskaya HPP. The scope of works includes designing, manufacturing and delivering of the systems to the customer.

SPC Rakurs Ltd. has shipped the automated control system for technological process for Gusinoozersk SDPP power unit

SPC Rakurs Ltd. specialists have manufactured the equipment of software and hardware complex of automated control system for technological process for Gusinoozersk SDPP (OJSC “OGK-3”) power unit No. 4 with capacity of 210 MW. The software and hardware complex of automated control system has been tested in accordance with the program and methods of Р82.2009.000 PM1 prior supply testing and accepted by the acceptance committee for shipment to the Customer.

Control system for Kambaratinskaya HPP-2

SPC "Rakurs" developed the local control system of the hydroelectric unit №1 for Kambaratinskaya HPP-2. The control system on the basis of hardware and software complex "Apogey" is intended to perform the functions of management, protection, control, registration of operating modes of the main and auxiliary equipment of radial-axial hydroturbine РО75/841в-В-580 ЛМЗ with nominal capacity of 122,5MW and rated head of 47,5m.

SPC "Rakurs" at the start-up of the unit of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin gave a command to start the 4th hydroelectric unit of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP. On his signal vice-premier Igor Sechin pressed the button and connected the unit to power grid. During the preparation for the start-up SPC "Rakurs" performed the big work on creation of the new advanced control system for the hydroelectric unit. Control system of SPC "Rakurs" was executed according to recommendations on prevention of anthropogenic disasters of the "Act of technical investigation of the causes of accidents" and was placed in commission after acceptance tests.

Control system of boiler unit for thermal power plant of Kotlassky pulp-and-paper plant

SPC "Rakurs" performed the first stage of works under the reconstruction project of gas feeding path and replacement of control systems of boiler unit №6 on thermal power plant of "Ylym" Group in Korjazhma city. At this time there are finished designing, working out of the engineering documentation and of high and low levels software, production and supply of the control system equipment.
