SPC "Rakurs" developed the local control system of the hydroelectric unit №1 for Kambaratinskaya HPP-2. The control system on the basis of hardware and software complex "Apogey" is intended to perform the functions of management, protection, control, registration of operating modes of the main and auxiliary equipment of radial-axial hydroturbine РО75/841в-В-580 ЛМЗ with nominal capacity of 122,5MW and rated head of 47,5m.

Open Company "Scientific production company "Rakurs" is admitted to Non-commercial partnership (NP) "Hydropower engineering of Russia". At the regular session members of Supervisory board of NP "Hydropower engineering of Russia" unanimously voted for admission of SPC "Rakurs" to Members of Partnership. Thus, SPC "Rakurs" accrues rights and obligations of the participant of professional community of hydropower engineering specialists.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin gave a command to start the 4th hydroelectric unit of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP. On his signal vice-premier Igor Sechin pressed the button and connected the unit to power grid. During the preparation for the start-up SPC "Rakurs" performed the big work on creation of the new advanced control system for the hydroelectric unit. Control system of SPC "Rakurs" was executed according to recommendations on prevention of anthropogenic disasters of the "Act of technical investigation of the causes of accidents" and was placed in commission after acceptance tests.
